The Irish Connect website was initiated by the Consulate of Ireland, San Francisco, in late 2007 to serve as an information portal for Irish organisations and groups in California and to provide interconnectivity between social, cultural and business organisations. The aim of the site is to help promote the wide range of Irish-related activities taking place in California, not only for those living here, but also to provide information for individuals who are newly arrived from out of State or overseas.
Irish Connect is dependant on the input of each individual organisation and will in turn help promote the many diverse activites of a vibrant and active Irish and Irish-American communities.
While very effort is made to keep information on the site up-to-date and current, the Irish Connect organisation is not responsible for the cancellation of any events and all inquiries should be directed to the relevant member organisation. |
